BNP Paribas AM and Scottish Widows Partner to Offer Private Market Access via LTAF
BNP Paribas Asset Management has been selected by Scottish Widows as a founding partner for a new UK-domiciled Long-Term Asset Fund (LTAF), aimed at providing workplace savers exposure to private markets. The fund will launch in H2 2025, pending regulatory approval, with an initial focus on a diversified private credit portfolio spanning infrastructure debt and credit risk assets.
The strategy will expand into commercial real estate debt, Dutch mortgages, direct corporate loans, and structured credit products like ABS and CLOs as allocations grow. ESG considerations are embedded in the investment framework, aligning the portfolio with broader societal objectives.
